Virtual Training - Monthly Membership

Are you ready to start moving your body? Let's connect virtually and I can train you in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are one hour in length and we will work with whatever (or lack of) equipment you have. The Monthly Membership can include as many sessions as you desire.
